Extended project time for LH Accelerator

Simrishamn – Prebona AB (publ) today announces that the company’s project within the international development program ‘LH Accelerator’ will be extended to the end of October 2020. The reason is travel restrictions and partially closed R&D units of the companies that organize LH Accelerator as a result of the prevailing The pandemic made it impossible to perform the required tests within the previously planned timeframe. Final seminars were originally scheduled for mid-May.

The program, which runs over six months, is a business and development collaboration between three of the world’s largest companies in construction and materials, LafargeHolcim, CCCC and Sika. The purpose is to highlight the material and design solutions of the future and, ultimately, for participating companies to become a supplier or partner to one of the three companies. The program gives the participating companies the opportunity to gain access to world-leading business and technical expertise, as well as laboratories and test equipment. Swiss LafargeHolcim has sales of SEK 260 billion, Chinese CCCC sales of SEK 700 billion and Swiss Sika SEK 70 billion per year.
